This menu allows the system to connect with external organization websites or platforms that automatically collect and specify user energy consumption. This includes electricity authorities (e.g., Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) or Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA)), water utilities (e.g., Provincial Waterworks Authority (PWA) or Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (MWA)), or other enterprise data management systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Oracle NetSuite).
Users can click the Connect button to send a request to connect the Carbonwize system with an external platform.
Once the connection request is submitted, Carbonwize will coordinate with the user to obtain the username and password for the external organization's platform that stores and specifies user energy consumption.
After verifying that the account provided by the user is functional, it will be connected to the Carbonwize system, and users will be able to add activity items automatically.
